Keep Kids Active is committed to helping your child reach their true potential. Sport and exercise can be a big step for some children and not so daunting for others. With fun filled events we want to ensure that all children have the equal opportunity to be involved in activities and work and learn at their own pace. We know that children should exercise at least 2 hours per week, and we want to make that as interesting, enjoyable and accessible as possible.
Keep Kids Active is not looking to find the next superstar but believe in offering children and young adults the opportunity to change to participate in age sensitive programmes that encourage and inspire them and make them feel valued and unique.
Keep Kids Active offer a wide range of programmes to support your school during curriculum time, PPA and extended school hours.
